Private Lessons with JJ
It's hard to know exactly what is right for ourselves versus what we might be doing that is actually creating more imbalance. Sometimes it takes another person to guide us. In a private yoga class, you can expect JJ to listen to what you might be going through right now, in your body, your mind, your emotions, and your spirit. She will then develop a yoga practice that will draw from yoga's many tools that are appropriate for you to practice on your own.
Once you've had your first private lesson, adjustments are made to the practice as needed, sometimes via email, sometimes via phone, but if at all possible, in-person is best.
Fee: $90 for in-person, $50 for follow-up phone/email or SKYPE appointments.
