Application for ALL Programs
The application questions should be answered openly and honestly. Use as many words as you would like to answer the questions fully. I would like to get a good picture of you as a person on as many levels as possible (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.) Questions on your religious background and spiritual practices are a way to get to know you better and will in now way prejudice my decision about your suitability for this program. Please be sure to include your name on each page of your typed responses to the questions.
Continuing Education under JJ If you've previously completed a program under JJ, there's no need to complete another application. Simply send JJ a letter of intent for the next program. No Application Fee either!

20. This question is optional and in no way is used toward prejudice, rather this question is here as you might relate it to yoga. How does your spiritual belief system now influence your yoga or your yoga influence your belief system?
